Panfried Chicken Breasts - Mix & Match Recipe

Ingredients:
2 tbsp: All-purpose flour,
1/4 tsp: Salt,
1/8 tsp: Pepper,
4: Chicken breast halves*,
2 tsp: Olive oil,
Directions:
*skinned & boned Mix flour, salt, and pepper on waxed paper. Coat
chicken with mixture, shaking off any excess. Heat oil in a large
nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove from heat and tilt
pan to coat bottom with oil. Return to medium-high heat, add chicken
and cook 6 - 8 minutes, turning once, until chicken is golden and
opaque at center. Remove to dinner plates or a platter. Prepare a
Mix & Match sauce in same skillet, first removing any fat left in
