Sweet And Sour Sausage Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
4 lbs: Pork sausage, sage flavor
4: Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cup: Soft bread crumbs,
3 cup: Catsup,
3/4 cup: Brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup: White wine,
1/2 cup: Vinegar,
1/2 cup: Soy sauce,
Directions:
Mix together sausage, eggs and crumbs. Shape mixture into small
balls, the size of small walnuts. Saute in frying pan until browned
on all sides; drain. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over
sausage balls and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve
hot. If made ahead, refrigerate or freeze sausage balls in their
sauce. To serve, reheat in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Randy
