Egg Timbales Recipe

Ingredients:
4 cup: Milk, scalded
6 each: Eggs, slightly beaten
Salt and pepper,

Directions:
Combine eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Fill well-oiled
muffin tins with mixture. Set in pan of warm water. Bake in moderate
oven (375 F) until firm. Unmold on rounds of buttered toast. Garnish
with sprigs of parsley. 6 servings. Florence Taft Eaton, Concord, MA.
