Ginger Pork Balls Recipe

Ingredients:
1 lbs: Ground pork,
1 t: Finely chopped garlic,
1 t: Starch,
1 cup: Oil,
1 t: Chopped fresh ginger,
1 T: Light soy sauce,
1/4 t: Pepper,
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients except oil. Let stand 1 hr. Form 1" balls and
fry, turning frequently, until browned. Serve with toothpicks and a
dipping sauce.
