279758 Jans Hot Fruit Casserole Recipe

Ingredients:
1 medium: Can pineapple chunks,
2 tbsp: Flour,
1 medium: Can peach halves,
1/2 cup: Brown sugar,
1 medium: Can pear halves,
1 Stick: butter,
1 Jar: spiced apple rings,
1 cup: Sherry,

Directions:
Drain all fruit. Let sit. Combine butter, flour, sugar and sherry.
Cook over hot water (double boiler) until thick, stirring constantly.
Arrange fruit in oven proof dish. (I usually place apple rings on
top for color.) Pour sauce over fruit. Let stand overnight in
refrigerator. Bake uncovered for about 20 minutes, until hot and
bubbly. Delicious with beef, pork or chicken.
