Creamed Corn Chicken^ Recipe

Ingredients:
1 can: , (16oz0 no salt added creamed
3 lbs: , (to 4) chicken, cut in eight
Corn,
Pieces,
1 bunch: Green onions, chopped
1 tsp: Poultry seasoning,
1 cup: Skim milk,
Paprika,
1: Egg white,
Whole wheat bread crumbs,
2 tbsp: Flour,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F. Mix corn, onions, milk, egg white and flour.
Pour into a 13 X 9" baking dish. Lay chicken on top and sprinkle with
poultry seasoning and paprika. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and bake
until chicken is tender, about 1 hour 20 minutes.
Variation: For color, add some pimento strips.

Sodium: 125mg Cholesterol: 60mg
