Butterscotch Apple Pecan Crisp Recipe

Ingredients:
2 1/2 lbs: Apples, (tart)peeled & diced
12 ounce: Butterscotch chips,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Flour,
1/2 tsp: Cinnamon,
TOPPING
1/2 cup: Flour,
1/4 cup: Brown sugar,
1/4 cup: Margarine,
1 cup: Pecans, chopped
3/4 cup: Oats,
Directions:
Place apples in 13 x 9 baking pan. In small bowl, combine
butterscotch morsels, brown sugar, flour and cinnamon; sprinkle over
apples. Bake in preheated 375 oven for 20 minutes. In medium bowl,
combine flour and brown sugar; cut in butter until crumbly. Stir in
pecans and oats; sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake for 30 to 40
minutes until apples are tender. Cool slightly. Serve with ice cream
