Lipton Recipe Secrets Crunchy Coated Chicken Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: Margarine or butter, melted
1/4 tsp: Hot pepper sauce,
1 lbs: Chicken thighs and breasts,
1/2 cup: Cornflake crumbs,
1 Env.: Lipton Recipe Secrets,
Savory Herb w/ Garlic Soup,
Mix,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl, combine hot pepper sauce
with melted butter. In a second bowl combine Lipton Savory Herb Soup
Mix w/ cornflake crumbs, set aside. Dip chicken in butter mixture,
then in cornflake soup mix, until evenly coated. In 13 x 9-inch
baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken. Bake uncovered 30 minutes or
until chicken is done.
