Bleu Cheese Spread Recipe

Ingredients:
1/2 cup: Finely chopped walnuts,
1: Tbps chopped pimentos,
8 ounce: Reduced calorie cream,
1 T: Minced green pepper,
-cheese, softened
1/2 t: Garlic powder,
1/2 cup: Reduced calorie sour cream,
1/2 t: Onion powder,
4 ounce: Bleu cheese, crumbled
-dash black pepper,
Directions:
Spread walnuts in shallow baking pan. Toast in 350F oven 9 minutes,
stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Cool slightly. Beat cream
cheese in bowl until smooth and creamy. Blend in sour cream, bleu
cheese, walnuts, and remaining ingredients; mix well. Spoon into
attractive serving dish. Keep refrigerated. Makes 2 cups, 2 tbsp per
serving.
Store in refrigerator. Serve with unsalted crackers, party rye, or
French bread.
