Crown Jewel Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
1 package: Gelatin, unflavored
2 cup: Water, boiling
3/4 cup: Water, cold
1 1/2 cup: Ginger ale,
3/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 cup: Grapes, seedless, sliced
3 ounce: Cream cheese, softened
1 cup: Banana slices,
6 ounce: Gelatin, lemon-flavored
1/2 cup: Cherries, maraschino, sliced
Directions:
Soften gelatin in cold water; stir over low heat until dissolved.
Combine salad dressing and cream cheese, mixing until well blended.
Stir in softened gelatin and blend well. Pour into a 2-quart mold;
chill until firm.
Dissolve lemon-flavored gelatin in boiling water; add ginger ale.
Chill until slighlty thickened. Fold in grapes, banana slices, and
cherries. Pour over molded gelatin layer. Chill until firm.
