Neptunes Favor Recipe

Ingredients:
2 package: Spinach,chopped, 10oz ea
2 T: Onion, grated
1/4 cup: Mayonnaise,
1 can: Mushrooms,sliced,drained, (8oz
1/4 cup: Flour,
2 cup: Milk,
3/4 t: Salt,
2: Eggs, hard-cooked,chopped
1/4 t: Paprika,
1 package: Alaska King Crab,frozen, 6oz
1/8 t: Rosemary, ground
1/2 cup: Swiss cheese, shredded
1/8 t: Thyme, whole
Directions:
1. Press spinach to remove excess moisture; place spinach in the
bottom and around the edge of a well-buttered 8-inch-square baking
dish.
2. In a medium-size saucepan, combine mayonnaise and flour to make a
paste.
3. Add salt, paprika, rosemary, thyme, onion and mushrooms to
saucepan; cook over medium heat until bubbly.
4. Gradually add milk; cook over medium heat, stirring constantly,
until thickened.
5. Stir in eggs.
6. Pour sauce into the center of the spinach-lined baking dish; top
with crab and cheese.
7. Bake in preheated 350F. oven 20 minutes, or unitl bubbly and
cheese is melted.
