Ingredients:
12 ounce: Pork tenderloin,
2 t: Caraway seed,
1 T: Soy sauce,
2 t: Dill weed,
2 t: Aniseed,
Directions:
Preparation : Brush soy sauce over meat, distributing evenly. On a
sheet of wax paper combine aniseed, caraway seed and dill seed. Roll
meat in seeds to coat evenly. Wrap meat in foil; chill 1 to 2 hours
or overnight. Remove foil. In a covered grill arrange preheated
coals around a drip pan. Place roast on rack over drip pan but not
over coals. Close grill hood and grill 45 minutes.
