Vinegar (sour) Sauce Recipe

Ingredients:
1/4 cup: White Vinegar,
1/4 cup: Fresh Lime Juice,
1 tbsp: Minced Garlic,
1 tbsp: Fresh Chile Peppers, (Your Choice), minced
1/4 cup: Fresh Cilantro Or Oregano, roughly chopped
Salt, to taste
Cracked Black Pepper, to taste
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well in small bowl; cover and refrigerate until time to
use.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
