English Toasted Bread - Sourdough Abm Recipe

Ingredients:

1 POUND LOAF
2 teaspoon: active dry yeast,
2 1/4 cup: bread flour,
2 tablespoon: dry milk,
1 teaspoon: sea salt,
1/2 teaspoon: baking soda,
5/8 cup: warm water,
1/2 cup: sourdough starter,
1 tablespoon: canola oil,
1 teaspoon: honey,

11/2 POUND LOAF
1 pkg: active dry yeast,
3 cup: bread flour,
3 tablespoon: dry milk,
1 1/2 teaspoon: sea salt,
3/4 teaspoon: baking soda,
7/8 cup: warm water,
3/4 cup: sourdough starter,
1 1/2 tablespoon: canola oil,
2 teaspoon: honey,

Directions:
In a small cup combine warm water and baking soda and set aside for 5
minutes. Add dry ingredients to machine and then wet ingredients,
including baking soda-water mixture. Start machine using whole wheat
mode.
