Pumpkin Bread Ala Joyce Recipe

Ingredients:
1 teaspoon: nutmeg,
1 teaspoon: cinnamon,
3 cup: sugar,
1 cup: corn oil,
4: eggs,
1/2 teaspoon: salt,
1 cup: pumpkin,
1/3 cup: water,
2 teaspoon: baking soda,
3 cup: flour,
Directions:
Mix together nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, oil, eggs, and salt. Add
pumpkin, water, soda, and flour. Grease pans and fill 2/3 full. Bake
350 degrees for 1 hour in a preheated oven. Cool 10 minutes before
removing bread from the pans.
