Pumpkin Nut Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 1/3 cup: Flour,
2 tsp: Soda,
1 1/2 tsp: Salt,
1 1/2 tsp: Ground cinnamon,
3 cup: Sugar, or 2 cups, works fine
4: Eggs,
2 cup: Pumpkin,
2/3 cup: Water,
1 cup: Chopped nuts,
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Sift dry ingredients into a large
bowl. Make a well and add sugar, eggs, pumpkin and water. Beat well
until smooth. Add nuts, and mix into mixture. Pour into three greased
and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for one hour.
These freeze very well.
