Rosbif Juteaux Recipe

Ingredients:
1: 6 lb. brisket, trimmed
1 package: Kosher onion soup mix 3/4oz.,
1/4 tsp: Pepper,
1/2 cup: Water,
1 tsp: Salt,
Garlic salt too taste,

Directions:
Place brisket fat side up in lge. baking or roasting pan. Bake for 10
min. at 400 F.; then reduce heat to 350 F. Sprinkle meat with soup
mix, garlic and seasonings and bake 15 min. Add water, cover pan, and
reduce temp. to 325 F. Bake 2 to 2 1/2 hrs. or until meat can be
pierced easily with a fork. Thicken drippings with a little flour
and serve with brisket.
