German Beer Bread Recipe

Ingredients:
3 cup: Self-rising flour,
2 tbsp: Sugar, rounded
12 ounce: Beer, room temperature
1 1/2 tsp: Dillweed, cheese OR Bacon bits, opt
1 pinch: Salt,
1/2 cup: Butter, melted
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together well.
Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour butter
over top and bake 10 minutes more or until brown. Best when eaten
warm.
