Chocolate Victoria Tartlets Recipe

Yield: 12 3" tarts

Ingredients:
1 Recipe: tart crust,

FILLING
8 ounce: Semisweet chocolate,
1/3 cup: Sugar,
2 cup: Whipping cream,
Whipped cream and chocolate curls or candied lilacs, optional

Directions:
Make and bake tartlet shells, following master recipe.

To make filling; melt chocolate and sugar in a heavy saucepan, over
low heat, stirring constantly until smooth. Stir in cream. Stir
over heat until the mixute begins to thicken, 8 to 10 minutes. Cool.

Fill pastry shells with chocolate mixture. Regrigerate. Decorate
with a dollop of whipped cream and the chocolate curls or candied
lilacs.
